If you are unsatisfied with your order – please keep products packaging in it’s original state for us to assist you with in store credit. Contact us via any of our contact channels so we can assist you.
Refunds
We offer a 100% money-back guarantee on all products that are defective or damaged during shipping.
If you are unsatisfied with your order – please contact our support via the contact page and we will do our best to help you out!
We do not issue the refund if:
- your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address or contact details for couriers.)
- the product is not in its original condition.
- if the product has been opened.
*Please check your deliveries, as we cannot be held responsible for missing items or products once the driver leaves your premises. You can submit refund requests to the driver or through any of our contact channels. We will assist you swiftly and do a full refund.
